What this site is
The site is an informational portfolio for Zovle's services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; those terms, not these, define the work, price, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code, graphics, and the Zovle name and mark are owned by Zovle and protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and project details shown as work are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to breach its security, disrupt its availability, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to third-party services such as Calendly (for scheduling) and our social profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work to keep it fast and secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zovle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
