These terms govern your use of zovle.in (the “site”), operated by Zovle (“Zovle”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship owned by Mohammed Furquan and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Udyam registration UDYAM-TS-02-0380802). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site describes Zovle’s apps for Jira and Confluence Cloud and our custom development services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee.

Our apps

Zovle apps are sold and licensed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of an app is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace terms and by any end-user terms shown on that app’s Marketplace listing, not by these site terms. Purchases, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under its Marketplace policies.

Custom work

Any custom development we take on is governed by a separate written agreement or quote accepted by both parties; those terms, not these, define the work, price, ownership and deliverables.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, code, graphics, and the Zovle name and mark are owned by Zovle and protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. Project details shown in the founder’s work are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Atlassian, Jira and Confluence are trademarks of Atlassian. Zovle is an independent vendor and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Atlassian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to breach its security, disrupt its availability, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law. Good-faith security research reported under our disclosure policy is welcome.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to third-party services such as the Atlassian Marketplace and Calendly. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work to keep it fast and secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zovle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
