Web application development in Bengaluru

The spreadsheet got you further than anyone expected. Then two people edited it at once, and now nobody trusts the numbers. That is usually the week a business in Bengaluru calls us.

What we build

Customer portals, operations dashboards, approval flows, field apps that keep working when the signal drops, and the plain admin screens nobody demos but everybody lives in. We design the screens with the people who will use them before writing the code, which is why the first version usually fits instead of needing six months of corrections.

Offline is not an edge case here

Wheelness taught us this the hard way. Cleaners work basement parking with no signal, so the app had to hold a whole shift of work and photo proof in the phone and reconcile later. If your staff work in warehouses, basements or anywhere past the edge of a wifi network, say so on the call, because it changes the architecture and it is far cheaper to decide on day one than in month five.

Price match

What it costs

Bring us a quote.

We go 5% under it

We do not publish a rate card, and it is worth saying why. A number without scope attached is how this industry quotes you low and invoices you high. So here is the policy instead. Get a written quote from anyone else for web application development in Bengaluru. If it covers the same standard of work we do, we will beat it by 5%.

Same standard means all of this:

  • An engineer on the build, not only a designer handing over a template.
  • You own the code, the repository and every account, in your name, from day one.
  • Performance and accessibility tested on real hardware before launch, not promised in a proposal.
  • A fixed written quote, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
  • Someone who answers after launch, because software nobody maintains rots.

We make that call, and we will show you our reasoning line by line. A promise to match any number at any standard is just a race to the bottom, and the studio that wins it is the one cutting the things you cannot see until year two.

What moves your number either way: how many roles sign in, whether it works offline, and what it has to talk to.

Bengaluru is the most expensive market in the country for this work and the quotes show it. We are not chasing the bottom of that market. We would rather look at the quote you are holding and tell you what it does and does not cover.

Whatever we land on gets written down and fixed before anyone starts building. Not an estimate that drifts, and not an hourly rate that pays us for being slow. If scope changes later, we both agree the change and what it costs, in writing, before it happens.

Who we build for here

Bengaluru.

Bengaluru buyers have usually been burned once. They have an agency site that looks fine and loads in six seconds, or an internal tool a contractor left half-finished. The questions we get here are sharper because of it, and that suits us.

This is home. Wheelness, the vehicle operations platform in our case files, runs in gated communities across the city right now, so the traffic, the parking basements with no signal and the WhatsApp-first habits are things we have already built around.

We keep our case files open. Wheelness logs over five thousand cleanings with photo proof at a 98% on-time rate. Sleek Interio qualifies interior-design enquiries with a cost calculator before anyone picks up the phone. Read the lot, with the numbers each one actually hit.

Common questions

Answers before
the call.

Can it work with the software we already run?

Usually. Tally, Zoho, WhatsApp Business, payment gateways and most billing systems have APIs we can talk to. The honest answer depends on what you run, so bring the names to the call and we will tell you which are straightforward and which will be a fight.

What if we only half know what we want?

That is the normal starting position and not a problem. What we need is the messy version: the actual spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group where approvals happen, the register somebody keeps by hand. We would rather see how it really works than read a tidy requirements document that describes how it is supposed to.

The next
blueprint
is still blank.

Thirty minutes, no slides, no obligation. Bring the messy spreadsheet. We will tell you honestly whether software helps, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people to build it.
