A software development company for Hyderabad
One team takes a project from the first sketch to the thing your staff open on Monday morning. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
What custom actually buys you
Off-the-shelf software is cheaper and you should use it when it fits. We will tell you when it fits. Custom earns its cost when your process is the thing you compete on, or when the workaround has grown into three spreadsheets and a person whose job is retyping between them. If you are paying somebody to be the integration, that salary is the real price of not building.
How the work runs
You see something working every week or two, not a status report. Scope is fixed in writing before we start, so when it changes we both know it changed and what it costs. Everything ships with the boring parts done: backups, logging, a way to see what broke at 3am. Those are not extras we quote separately.
What it costs
Bring us a quote.
We go 5% under it
We do not publish a rate card, and it is worth saying why. A number without scope attached is how this industry quotes you low and invoices you high. So here is the policy instead. Get a written quote from anyone else for software development in Hyderabad. If it covers the same standard of work we do, we will beat it by 5%.
Same standard means all of this:
- An engineer on the build, not only a designer handing over a template.
- You own the code, the repository and every account, in your name, from day one.
- Performance and accessibility tested on real hardware before launch, not promised in a proposal.
- A fixed written quote, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
- Someone who answers after launch, because software nobody maintains rots.
We make that call, and we will show you our reasoning line by line. A promise to match any number at any standard is just a race to the bottom, and the studio that wins it is the one cutting the things you cannot see until year two.
What moves your number either way: how many teams it touches, how much old data moves across, and whether it replaces one system or four.
Hyderabad quotes usually come in under Bengaluru for the same scope. That is the market here and we work with it rather than pretending otherwise, so bring us whatever you are already holding.
Whatever we land on gets written down and fixed before anyone starts building. Not an estimate that drifts, and not an hourly rate that pays us for being slow. If scope changes later, we both agree the change and what it costs, in writing, before it happens.
Who we build for here
Hyderabad.
Hyderabad money is often older money. A lot of our conversations here start with a family business in its second or third generation, where the person paying knows the trade cold and has been quoted nonsense by three agencies already. The HITEC City side is different again: funded teams who want something shipped this quarter, not a deck.
We are registered in Bengaluru and work with Hyderabad businesses over the same tools we would use if we shared a floor. If you want to meet, we come to you.
We keep our case files open. Wheelness logs over five thousand cleanings with photo proof at a 98% on-time rate. Sleek Interio qualifies interior-design enquiries with a cost calculator before anyone picks up the phone. Read the lot, with the numbers each one actually hit.
Common questions
Answers before
the call.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source, repository, servers and accounts are yours, in your name where possible, from day one. You can take the whole thing to another developer whenever you like. A studio that keeps your code hostage is telling you something about how confident it is in the work.
What happens after launch?
Software that nobody maintains rots, so budget roughly 15 to 20% of the build cost a year for keeping it patched, backed up and moving. We will quote that separately and plainly. If you would rather your own team took it over, we will document it and hand it across properly.
The next
blueprint
is still blank.
Thirty minutes, no slides, no obligation. Bring the messy spreadsheet. We will tell you honestly whether software helps, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people to build it.
